Return and Refund Policy

  1. We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.You must reach out for a return authorization code within 5 days of the receipt of the product.  

  2. For qualifying returns your funds will be returned to the same method and card in which the payment was made. 

  3. If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return for any other reason, you must reach out to us within 5 days via email at tom@alldaystraw.com or by phone at 509-701-7252 and receive your return validation code. the item(s) must be returned, unused, and unopened at your expense. Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price minus our original shipping cost. 

  4. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  

  5. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. 

  6. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
